  • Do you offer group and private sessions?

    We offer group personal training sessions only. In a group setting, it allows everyone to stay motivated, keep each other accountable and get fit with your friends!

  • How many people are in a group session?

    Sessions will range between 10-35 people.

  • Will there be other beginners in the session?

    Absolutely. We have new clients who start everyday at any given session. The best part of this is that any one can do our workout. That is the beauty of our program. All fitness levels are in a session and are guided by the coach.

  • Will you help me with my nutrition?

    Not only do we cover nutrition and meal plans, you will get a fitness consultation each month to track your progress. This includes measurements, photos, and nutrition.

  • Are the sessions geared towards body parts or spot training?

    Our sessions consist of full body workouts. We have a balance of cardio, high intensity training, along with resistance training. We understand that our clients cannot come everyday, so we ensure a full body workout each session. Monday, Wednesday & Saturday is cardio, high intensity training and Tuesday & Thursday is strength training.

  • Will your unstoppable fitness formula help me tone up?

    The combination of cardio, resistance training and proper diet (which we will help you with!) will help you to tone up very quickly.

  • How many sessions per week should I attend?

    We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week, but 4-5 definitely to maximize your results with us.

  • Do I need to ‘get in shape’ before I start your sessions?

    This is where you get ‘in-shape’ and healthy. Our sessions are designed to allow our clients to go at their own fitness levels in a fun and non-intimidating environment.

  • How long do the sessions last?

    Our sessions are 45 minutes.

  • When are your sessions?

    Our sessions are Monday – Thursday at 5:30am9am, 530pm, 630pm & 730pm, and Saturday at 8am.

  • How can I get started?

    You can get started by signing up for our promotional trial right before the session. We ask that new clients check-in 15 minutes before the session. No appointment required and includes unlimited boot camp sessions and fitness consultation.

  • Do you offer childcare?

    At this time, we do not offer areas for children at our facility.

  • What are the membership prices?

    We offer a variety of membership options. This will be discussed at the fitness consultation towards the end of your promotional trial.

  • What is the minimum age to start?

    The minimum age is 18 years of age, as this is an adult program. We do offer seasonal kids boot camp, but those are to be announced.

  • Are the sessions co-ed?

    Yes! No one is excluded. We actually have a lot of couples and family members who are clients, as well as a husband and wife business partnership!

  • Can you attend sessions at multiple locations with your Fit Body Boot Camp membership?

    Unfortunately, no because all locations are individually owned and operated.
